Our history
Grounded in a growing need for computing talent
From a single computing program to a full college, CCSIT has grown alongside the technology industry it serves.
CCSIT was established to meet the region’s rising demand for skilled software engineers, systems administrators, and IT professionals. What began as a small computing program has since grown into a full college, offering degree programs built around industry-relevant curricula and hands-on laboratory work.
Over the years, the college has expanded its facilities, strengthened partnerships with technology employers, and continued to refine its programs to keep pace with an industry that never stops changing.
